1. Eligibility

The OpenTrop name and logo are trademarks of OpenTrop, and nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use them without our prior written permission.

If the Service allows you to submit content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant OpenTrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenTrop is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
